Aaron is the founder and team leader of The Lewis Team. As a 2nd-generation Realtor®, Aaron's real estate background, Business Management/Marketing degree from a top-tier business program, technology skills, business acumen, exceptional communication and savvy negotiating skills combine with a remarkable work ethic to help propel The Lewis Team to exceptional levels of professionalism, results, and success.
Aaron's responsibilities include directing team strategy, creating and improving systems for maximum efficiency among team members, and recruiting other accomplished real estate and other support professionals. As the team's "rainmaker," Aaron is responsible to market The Lewis Team's capabilities to corporate/institutional as well as individual real estate sellers and buyers. Aaron is personally involved in all aspects of The Lewis Team's REO workflow and personally represents all Lewis Team seller clients.
Outside of work, Aaron enjoys spending time with his family, reading business, philosophical, and historical biography books, working out, and playing recreational sports of all kinds.

Deseree Lintz

Office Manager, Escrow/Closing Manager
Deseree has never seen a real estate transaction situation that she cannot remedy. With over 15 years in real estate under her belt, Deseree has seen all the different ways an existing real estate transaction can go sideways, and has learned how to prevent and work through every single last one of them. As both a charmer and stickler for detail, Deseree has an outstanding ability to keep even the most difficult transactions together. In managing all inbound calls, Deseree is the "voice" of The Lewis Team, and interacts with REO asset managers, sellers, buyer's agents, buyer and seller clients, escrow officers, closing managers, and potential buyers all day long. She also manages offer negotiations and escrow coordination, and closings for all Lewis Team transactions. Co-operative agents and clients alike say that interacting with Deseree is the "most pleasant thing about doing business with The Lewis Team."
Outside of work, Deseree is dedicated to her family, which consists of her long-time husband and three wonderful children, with whom she enjoys exploring the many natural recreational beauties of California. She is also a feisty competitor on the Nintendo Wii.

Victor Ukorebi
Vendor Manager, Property Manager
As Vendor and Property Manager, Victor is responsible for maintaining all REO and vacant properties under management. This includes eviction and cash-for-keys negotiations on repossessed properties, property security, coordinating utilities on/off, evaluating repair items and managing the bidding and repair process. Victor also manages all contractor and other vendor relationships for The Lewis Team, to ensure that all work performed is in a timely, high-quality, and cost-effective manner for our clients. He regularly visits every single one of our 60-80 REO and vacant properties on a regular basis. When buyers and sellers recognize The Lewis Team's homes are some of the most reliably maintained and cared for, it is the result of Victor's diligent and tireless work.
Coming from one of the most culturally, ethnically, and linguistically diverse countries in the world (Nigeria), Victor has lived in the United States for approximately six years, during which time he has already crammed in a business degree from BYU-Idaho, work at the United Nations and enter the MBA program at California State University-Stanislaus. Outside of work, Victor enjoys his family life with his wife and toddler daughter when not serving in a volunteer leadership capacity in his church.

Dave Martineau
REO Accounting Manager, Short Sale Manager
In his two diverse roles, Dave leverages his several years of experience in sales, management, and marketing both in real estate and other industries. As REO Accounting Manager, he oversees all incoming/outgoing expenses to accounts payable and accounts receivable, submits each qualified expense for reimbursement, and follows up on payment. As Short Sale Manager, Dave is the primary point of contact to negotiate with lenders/lienholders once our short sales enter contract (pending status)--an arduous task that Dave makes to appear easy. As a versatile team player, Dave also provides additional backup support wherever the need is greatest. Dave is part of the 'special sauce' that makes The Lewis Team so successful!
Dave and his wife Annette (another Lewis Team alumnus) are often the center of action among their large family, where they act as the unofficial 'Big Brother' and 'Big Sister' to their nieces. Dave also donates significant time in a leadership capacity in his church.

Tony Nascimento

Valuation Manager, Listing/Offer Coordinator
Agents, institutions, and sellers alike understand that the most crucial decision in listing a home is the right pricing strategy. Enter Tony.
The newest addition to The Lewis Team, Tony combines his strong educational background (Business/Marketing degree from CSU-Stanislaus), a track record of success as the top producer at his previous real estate brokerage for two years, and an unending source of enthusiasm and dedication to his role as Valuation Manager on The Lewis Team. Because of Tony's expertise and intimate knowledge of neighborhoods and values as a life-long resident of the Turlock area, clients working with The Lewis Team receive everything a Broker Price Opinion (BPO) or Monthly Marketing Report (MMR) should be, to assist in the timely disposition of REO and other distressed inventory for market value. Together with Aaron's direct QC review, Tony delivers dozens of accurate and timely valuation orders for dozens of Lewis Team clients each week.
Recently married, Tony is working hard to complete training to be a volunteer firefighter, one of his life's dreams.
Christina Rownd
REO Accounting Assistant, Short Sale Coordinator
Judging by her professionalism and stellar work performance, you would never know that Christina is the youngest member of The Lewis Team! In her role as Accounting Assistant, Christina receives and processes all incoming bills on behalf of our REO clients, to ensure timely payment and reimbursement. Not to be outdone, Christina also works diligently as a Short Sale Coordinator to compiles and tracks all required documentation from clients and communicates with all involved parties throughout the negotiation and closing process.
Christina enjoys spending time with her friends and family, and her hobbies include exercising and hiking. She tries to share her love of country music with the rest of The Lewis Team... with mixed results.
