National Unemployment rate: 8.5%
#3 Highest Unemployment Rate: Merced - 18.5%
#6 Highest Unemployment Rate: Modesto - 16.5%
#9 Highest Unemployment Rate: Stockton - 15.7%
#10 Highest Unemployment Rate: Fresno - 15.7%
At least we know where we stand, right?
